IDO PARTICIPATION

Based on the data provided by the project, BitStarters will provide a summary of the information received after conducting our due diligence. It will allow the participants to have a summarized view of the project information and other data.

.Step-by-Step participation process

Preliminary Steps: · To be eligible for IDO participation, a user must be KYCed, and must be staking at least 1 BIST at least 48hrs to IDO Purchase. · To be considered for whitelist pool, a user must apply for whitelist slot. · Users that meet the threshold for Priority Pool will be required to reserve their slot in Priority Pool. · Snapshot of users’ BitPower will be taken at random timestamps and used for whitelisting lottery. · Priority List and Whitelisted users will be announced at least 24hrs to IDO Process. IDO Process: Round One: Priority and Whitelist Pools Priority Pool and Whitelist Pool will be open to eligible users. Users will have exactly 1hr to purchase their guaranteed allocation.

Round Two: Community Pool All KYCed users of our platform will compete for Community Pool allocation and LeftOver Allocation from Round 1(if any). This will be on FCFS basis
